A couple of winter days across two of Europe's great Christmas markets, Cologne and Strasbourg. Gothic spires and gingerbread houses, streets buried under lights and teddy bears, and how two Indian vegetarians who do not drink navigate a festival built around bratwurst and mulled wine.
